Santa Rosa's First United Methodist Church - A 44 Year Relationship of Support

Healdsburg's Compassionate Athletes

Santa Rosa's F.U.M.C. has designated F.I.S.H. as the recipient of their Thanksgiving Offering this year.  This is such a wonderful gift and much appreciated.  See Pastor Busick's letter to the congregation HERE.

Shannon Peterson (leftmost female in both photos) organized a frozen turkey drive with her Healdsburg cycling club, some of whom are shown on the right. The result was 18 turkeys and many lbs. of other food shown on the left, delivered just before Thanksgiving.

A big thank you to Santa Rosa's Bethlehem Lutheran Church's Children's Center. They held their annual food drive for F.I.S.H. last week. The children and their families donated more than 450 lbs. of much needed food this year. Pictured above are the Children's Center director, Deborah McNally (L) and volunteer Linda Knapp.

Cruisin' North Car Club's Annual "Turkey Run" & Donation to F.I.S.H.

Members of the Cruisin' North Car Club arrived Saturday to deliver much appreciated turkeys and checks to F.I.S.H. director Jeanne-Marie Jones.  Many groups and individuals step forward each year to contribute to our Holiday Meat program.  All morning other individuals were also stopping by to drop off turkeys, hams and other holiday foods to enable us to give out hundreds of holiday meats to our neighbors during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
